I must say I'm not very impressed, table booked for 745, had to 45 minutes for a drink order to be taken, that order got mixed up so had to wait longer. Two of the main courses got mixed up, the waitress was running round like a headless chicken, she looked so stressed and nearly in tears. We felt so sorry for her, just NOT Enough staff. However when we did get our food it was good and the price is Good, but the service wasn't. Come on management you need to employ more staff, customers before profit.
Good value for money. Nice atmosphere. Nothing fancy but you get what you pay for! Deals are very good value.

Absolutely awful service! Party of 6, ordered as a family of 4 first and a couple, at the same table. The starter came out. The couple then got their mains. The family waited an hour.......and still no food! The food that came out was awful! No tomato in the burger and no sesame seed bun...no explanation from the waitress! The family cancelled and ordered take away! AVOID AND GET A TAKE AWAY IF STAYING IN THE PREMIER INN!!!
Quick and easy to fine. Lovely staff and great coffee. Friendly and welcoming environment. Good for an informal chat before a formal meeting
